Happy Sunday, everyone!
The theme this week at Sunday Postcard Art is Happiness and is hosted by Cindy.
Once again I went to my stamps to find anything appropriate that I also haven't inked up yet.
And I did have some luck and made not one piece but two:
Using a Deep Red City Girl stamp, Funky Fossil sun and border stamps and an Autumn Leaves sentiment stamp, I created this first piece with Versafine Clair inks in various colors. The skateboarder was colored with Promarkers and accents added with my glitter pens/markers. If it's hard to read, the sentiment says: Happiness Walks On Busy Feet.
This second piece is all Funky Fossil stamps with Versafine Clair inks. I finally bought the 12 new ink colors, most of them being pastel or softer colors, and tried a few of them out here. To finish, I edged and doodled with my glitter pens/markers.

Here's a birthday card for a girlfriend using Docraft's Papermania Country Life Die Cut and Paper Pack.
I have had this pack for quite a while. It has papers, punchouts, 3D decoupage and lots of images of farm animals, bees/honey, herbs, kitchens, etc.
I went with a chicken theme for this card.
The kit has a few pockets for tags, so I made one of them for the front, adding one of the chicken images to the pocket and some punched hearts and raffia to the tag.
I am showing 2 photos of the card, one with the tag in the pocket and one with it pulled out.
The yellow card base is SU and the chicken wire is cut from a sheet of acetate out of the paper pack.
For the sentiment, I scanned in one of the pack's blank tags, added the text in PSE, printed out and fussy cut, adding a tiny heart from my stash. I also added more stash hearts randomly to finish the card.
Here's the Splitcoaststampers sketch I used.

And a birthday card for another girlfriend, using Craft Consortium's Sandy Paws 3D Decoupage kit for the center focal image, and coordinating washi tape for the top and bottom. I stamped the My Favorite Things sentiment on white card scrap twice, cut it apart and then used an MFT sentiment label die to trim them before adding. The card base was cut from Color Mates card stock and the base mat is from Basic Grey's Cupcake collection
And the Splitcoaststampers sketch I used, stretching it to 6X6.

Oh my - you have been so busy and put me to shame, Aimeslee! What a great collection of designs and I love the contemporary look on all of them. I particularly love the cheery rainbow card with your edging and doodling.
Take care,
Hugs

Isn't it great to be able to ink up a never used stamp? Your girl is way cool and such a fun scene for her to be in too! Love the heart rainbow and your chicken cards too! The tag inside the pocket is super cute and a fun idea for the sketch! Love the colorful beach huts with the colorful papers too! Have a happy week friend!
I love how you're inking up some unused stamps. That rainbow is a really cheery and happy card. And I love those Versa fin inks. The colors stamp so bold, don't they? Nice other cards too. I have been in cleaning mode, and I can't say I've made much of anything since my spare room is where I keep my supplies is really pulled apart. I hoping it will be cleaned up by the end of the week and I'll be ready to hit 2025 running. I hope you've been having some arty fun and everything else is going well. hugs-Erika
Wonderful happy postcards! I love the bright colours. Thanks for playing!
I agree Cindy, your cards are all beautiful and happy😍
All of these are terrific - the rainbow one is my favourite. Who doesn’t love rainbows?
Your cards are such fun, Aimeslee! I love the colors from the pastel set, and hope that you get to use them a lot! That reminds me to create something with the new gel pen set that I've bought. (I say new, but I've had them for a while now, with no crafty time to pick them up, sigh.) Wish you a wonderful rest of the week. 🙂 Anita xx
Beautiful joyful cards, well done.
