I'm here with my guest design inspiration for November's My Besties Spanish Challenge.

I chose one of the current challenge sketches at Sweet Sketch Wednesday 2 for my layout design.
Inside the card, some Karen Foster pumpkins and Avery Elle sentiment stamped with Versafine Clair ink on a Spellbinders die cut.
And the back of the card...
And a final look, at an angle to show the metallic glitter gel penning and pearl paint drops. I colored the image and background with Promarkers, then added accenting with the gel pens and some pearl paint pen drops.
And some food to share for Rain's Art & Dinner Date. We tried 2 new recipes one night last week:
We both thought the stew was very good, but neither one of us much liked the cornbread. We realized we prefer a sweeter cornbread. If you like your cornbread a coarse texture and not sweet at all, then this is the recipe for you. You could also add some sugar to add some sweetness to it.

Such a cute card with this wonderful sketch and great details! The cabbage stew looks delicious! I usually make a sort of cabbage stew with smoked pork shanks but it's been a couple of years since I last made it. The kids aren't fans of it. But think I will need to make it again soon, they are old enough now where they can choose something else to eat without me having to prepare another meal :)
