Autumn Greetings

Happy Tuesday! Hope all is well with everyone.
I'm popping in to share this card for a guy friend of ours who was a big deer and elk hunter before his eyes got too bad, but every hunting season he is there in spirit, so I figured he'd like this scene.

I chose Splitcoaststampers sketch SC701 for my design layout, resizing it to 6x6" in PSE, as shown above.
Supplies:
Bazzill card base
Kraft card to emboss (edge-distressed first with Tim tool)
Altenew 6x6" 3D Tree Bark Embossing Folder
Sizzix Fall Foliage Leaf Thinlits dies
(Elk in Forest and Southern Forest)
Digital sentiment (from Jan's Signs of Autumn set) printed & cut with an Avery Elle die
Glossy card stock, smooshed with Distress inks
Springhill Digital card
Distress inks
Memento ink
Promarkers
Deco scissors (distressing all stamped image edges and focal mat)

Process shots of my inking front and back card mats and leaf die card
The back of the card with a stamped and circle-punched siggie.
And final view. Thanks for visiting! XOX

MY CHALLENGE PLAYLIST:
I was inspired to use an elk and autumn forest leaf colors
I used Altenew's 6x6 3D Tree Bark folder
Song: Sweet November Artist: Thirteen Kari & Billy

Hi Aimeslee,
what a wonderful Autumnal card for your friend.
I bet he is going to love it.
Love the fab image and that embossing folder is great super inking as well.
So sorry he can't hunt anymore I have had to give up driving because of my eye problems so can quite understand.
Luckily it doesn't affect my crafting too much at the moment.
Thank you for joining the MAWTT Challenge.

Hey darlin' you knocked this out of the park!! I really can't stop looking at it and I just know your friend will feel the same way. This is a clear example of how I invision a masculine card. I have a tough time with them.

Hi Darlin'. You knocked this card right out of the park!! Talk about gorgeous. I can't stop looking at it, and neither will the gentleman you are giving this too. When I think of a masculine card--this is it! I have trouble with them but you clearly mastered the masculine card. I hope you can tell just how much I love this one. Almost too nice to give away. This would look great framed! Oh, I've been trying to leave comments on your posts with my phone and am having difficulty, so I came back today. Must check on the other posts.

What a great way of making your focal point even more interesting by separating it a bit like that, Aimes! I want to do that, too, in a creation. Your rich coloring in the wood is especially beautiful! Fabulously beautiful! Wishing you a great week! hugs, de
