Hello, just popping in with a Mother's Day card made the old-fashioned way with clear stamps, ink, stencils, die cuts and paper this time. 😉

I used this Splitcoaststampers sketch for my design layout.
The sweet focal image is part of the Crafters Companion Moonbeam Meadow With Love stamp set I won at Sweet Sketch Wednesday 2 Challenge, where I'll be guest designing in June. The set also has a very cute birdhouse scene that I used last month on this card. This card is for Honey's mom and since he's her first-born, we thought it was a great image to use, even though it's also a great image to use for a wedding anniversary. Honey dearly loves his mom, and so do I. 💖
Close-up shot of these adorable mice I colored with Promarkers, along with the 2 stencils I used on this focal image background. The hearts were stenciled with Milled Lavender Distress ink, the leaves were stenciled with Twisted Citron Distress Ink.
At left is the inside of the card: I stamped the sentiments in Versamark and white heat-embossed. I die cut a Spellbinders Classic square, then a smaller square that I punched the corners of, then placed it back inside the larger square for a bit of interest. At right, the back of the card with corner-punched paper same as on front and a stamped and punched siggie.
And final view. I'm loving all the green, pinks and purples for a refreshing Spring look. Even though it has heated up here somewhat, we are still enjoying Spring weather while it lasts as it will start feeling like Summer in an eye blink. I'm always grateful to have a little Spring!
