Christmas Poinsettias

Happy Sunday! I am popping in real quick to post this Christmas card. I'm still struggling with my mojo and health issues. Everything is taking me 5 times longer, but I did get this UFAP finished - yay, lol.
The SU card base and Stamplorations angel die cut from gold card scrap were left over from this card. I used more Doodlebug sugar-coated glitter card, this time a shade darker and I'm happy because it holds up better against the gold, I think. I stamped the Stamplorations poinsettias multiple times with VersaMark and heat embossed with gold powder.
Then I used my good water colors on the flower pedals and Promarkers on the leaves before fussy cutting and layering. Some shimmery gold organza ribbon complements the bouquet. I added pearl dots to the centers of the poinsettias with gold and lilac Viva Decor Pearl Pens. I added 5 tiny glass rhinestones to the angel's halo.

I used SplitCoastStampers sketch SC501, resizing it to 6x6 in PSE.

I've been using this Stamplorations sentiment stamp for last few cards, I can see using it all the time, lol. And on the back, another piece of the same glitter card stock I used on the front, with a scrap stash snippet and a Laawn Fawn siggie cut with a Spellbinders label die. The colors here are not the same as real life. For some reason, my camera does not like the blue and purple. It made the blue in the scrap look aqua,  the purple lighter and the bright white a little grayish. Ugh, you couldn't pay me to process photos (and you shouldn't, I know just enough to be very dangerous, lol).

Anyway, it's finished and one more for the Christmas card pile. Thanks much for stopping by. I may have some posts before month's end if I can motivate myself enough to finish a few more makes. Fingers crossed! xoxo

Hello Aimeslee...I thought I would drop by and ask how you are.
I see by your blog post you are just about managing to craft. I feel you, if it wasn't for the pieces I make as part of the design teams I am on, I don't think I would get any crafting done.
I hope you pick up again soon, meanwhile please know I often think of you.
Take care my friend xx

This card is adorable. Your watercoloured flowers are so very, very pretty. Are you keeping these cards for yourself? I'm already getting orders for Christmas.
