Christmas in July...August...September...

Hi Ho, Blogging Friends. The beginning of July can be a come-to-Jesus moment for anyone who makes more than a few Christmas cards, as in, how many have I gotten done so far? Only that many? Ruh-Roh, time to get on that! This is my theory as to why "Christmas in July" is a thing, lol. Since I'm behind in my 2019 goal, I'm very much hoping to make up some ground this month.

I have a snowman and ornament card to share today.

I used Bugaboo Stella Says Sketch #711 and resized to 5x7 in PSE.

I printed a Bugaboo Snowman digital stamp and colored him and his ornament with ProMarkers. I used SU card stock for the bases and mats and Colorbok Bright Ideas patterned paper. I layered ribbons from my stash. I used stacked Spellbinders Labels die cuts to frame the image and Lawn Fawn label die cut and stamp with a Sugarloaf sentiment.

Inside of card uses stamps by Sweet n Sassy and Hero Arts.

The back of the card - Impression Obsession siggie stamp.

Close-up of the Bugaboo digi stamp focal image. The ornament is blinged with Crafters Companion Sparkle Pen and Sakura Glitter gel pen.

A final look:
CHALLENGES:
1.  Bugaboo Stella Says Sketch #711 - (Sketch is shown above and I also used a Bugaboo image Snowman Ornament.)
2.  Jingle Belles JB:19:14 Tic-Tac-Toe - I chose left-to-right diagonal down: Snowman / Red or Green / Diecuts
3.  ABC Christmas July Challenge: N=No Peeking, O=Ornament - I am playing O for Ornament.
4.  Happy Little Stampers July Christmas Challenge: ACG + Opt. Sparkle - I've played the option and used my Sparkle and Sakura glitter gel pens.
5.  Christmas at Sweet Stampin' June Challenge: ACG + Opt. Non-Traditional Colors - I've played the option.
6.  Christmas with the Cuties #28: Spots n Dots - Got big ones on my patterned paper and a cutre image.
7.  CHNC Challenge #445: ACG + Opt. For a Man or Boy - I made this to give one of my nephews, so I am playing the option. I made sure no scallops or feminine ribbon.
8.  MLCC #12: July Anything Christmas Goes
9.  Outlawz Festive Fridays Challenge June 28-Jul 11: Christmas theme
10.  Send a Smile 4 Kids Challenge: Christmas in July 4 Kids or AG for Kids

Well, that does it for me today, thanks a bunch for hanging out with me. Have a great Sunday! XOX

Oh my goodness, this little guy is adorable! I love the use of bright colors. You said you are behind on your cards for 2019, how many cards do you plan to make? I used to make Christmas cards every year, until dear daughter was born. Now I'm doing good to schedule family photos and make Christmas photo cards. You are quite amazing!

I'm impressed by anyone who can get their Christmas mojo on in July - I guess nobody should expect a handmade Christmas card from me ever! The bold bright colours here are such fun - and I love the snowman. He looks as though he's clinging to that bauble for dear life!

Love this card, however, we recommend no sentiment on the inside of the card, if you are donating to SAS4KIDS-USA.
