Herd It's Your Birthday

Howdy, folks. Hope your weekend's starting off well.
My oldest nephew is turning 30 this month, so I made him a humorous CAS card to celebrate it.
Supply List:
SU and Recollections card stocks
Pink Ink cow stamp, colored with Prismacolor pencils
Technique Tuesday barbed wire border stamp
Sam Colcott, Clear Dollar and Pink Ink sentiment stamps
Acorn and Nocturne Versafine Clair inks for all stamping

Inside, the computer-generated sentiment I composed and framed before printing out.

And one last look. I hope he gets a chuckle!
👀
I received an infusion treatment yesterday and have been taking it easy per doctor's orders. Fingers crossed this is the only one I need and that it works like it has before!
🤞
Here's hoping you are warm and well and thanks for visiting!

MY CHALLENGE PLAYLIST:
The barbed wire is stripe-stamped and "Cow Old" sentiment is striped

I have this stamp also, and I just love this face. This is a fun birthday card, especially for a gal from Texas to make. Smile. Your punny quotes are fun too. And thanks for visiting my blog. You mentioned your feelings about Thomas Edison, and I must say I feel the same way. At least with electricity Tesla has my vote over Edison, but visiting the homes was still an interesting bit of history. I like visiting history. And I hope you warm up. We've lost a lot of snow. Today will be chilly but then we'll be in the 40's tomorrow for spring's arrival. Almost as warm as you it sounds. Have a wonderful Sunday and start to spring. Hurrah for being able to write that word. hugs-Erika

I certainly hope your infusion is working. I did some damage to my body in Michigan. My daughter's house has steps going in and a huge staircase inside. I only went up and down the inside staircase once to go see how the kids rooms were decorated. I barely made it up the stairs because of my spine damage. I knew I couldn't walk down so I sat on the steps and slid down one step at a time. I also had to sleep sitting on her couch. It was not a good visit physically for me. I am still in pain and both legs and feet are completely numb. I don't plan on going back anytime soon! I love this stamp...so dang cute! The sentiment inside is hilarious.
