Howly Jowly Christmas

Happy new week, Crafty Friends! I am sharing a Christmas card today featuring a pup vocal trio using a Gerda Steiner stamp set called Carol Pups.

I have a challenge mash-up with this card, as I was keeping the first 3 challenges I've listed below in mind when creating this card. I basically used certain colors, quartered one of my paper layers and featured dogs and snow. Luckily for me, I found a few other challenges that I qualified for as well.

I did not use a sketch this time, shocking, I know! What's even wilder, this entire card front is made of die cuts! And I still managed to stamp quite a bit. I used my inks and sponge finger daubers to decorate the sentiment mat in all the colors of the card.

The challenge at ABC Christmas calls for quarters so I quartered my bottom mat layer using die cuts, as shown above, then layering the largest of the same die cut, then my die cut snow drifts. I die cut the sides of the snow drifts with the same die as the blue mat so all the edges are the same. I like how that looks!

The inside of the card is stamped with a Joy to the World sentiment I've forgotten who made, and a Stamp Magick sentiment.
The card back uses a Lawn Fawn siggie stamp, framed with one of the negatives of the die cut used on the front.

I colored the little Gerda pups with my ProMarkers after stamping, clear-heat-embossing and die cutting them. I also stamped, clear-heat-embossed and die cut the little musical notes and clef. I added a Lawn Fawn die cut Falalalala, adhering it with my spray adhesive and then dusting it with white Perfect Pearls.
I added lots of snow flakes and snow with my Viva Decor Ice White Pearl Pen.

SUPPLIES:
Stamps: Gerda Steiner; Stamp Magick; Lawn Fawn
Inks: ProMarkers, VersaFine Clair, Memento, Distress, Hero Arts Neon
Dies: Gerda Steiner; Spellbinders, Lawn Fawn
