Greetings! Hope everyone is doing well.
I have guy birthdays to make for every Fall, and being as I made a bunch of Fall decorations last year, I've been trying to incorporate the season into the birthday cards that I need to make this year.
Here's a card for another nephew's birthday where I stenciled a colorful Fall sky and added gold and brown leaves die cuts to make it look like this biker is enjoying rustling them up. I've used The Paper Shelter's pre-colored digi Cockatoo Rules, added the sentiment in PSE and printed out on white card.
These are the 2 My Favorite Things stencils I used for the grass and the clouds.
I stenciled the grassy ground with Cracked Pistachio and Scattered Straw Distress Inks.
I stenciled the sky clouds using Tumbled Glass, Squeezed Lemonade and Spun Sugar DI's.
I picked out some of my smallest die cut leaves from my leftovers stash and arranged them on the ground and up the left side.
I outlined the card front with gold and red glitter markers, then colored the bird's jacket buttons with the gold glitter marker and his cycle headlamp, too.
He's one tough bird cute guy out having fun on a fine Fall day.
Here's what I came up with for the inside in PSE and printed out with a gold border.

That's such a fun image and the die cut leaves really do look like the scooter has kicked them up.
