Happy 1st of May! I'm so excited to be guest hosting Art Journal Journey's challenge this month! I chose Flowers as the theme. You simply cannot have May without them!

Here's what I've made to kick things off. I created this page in my 7x7 Stonehenge journal. It's mostly stenciled with washi tape, a stamped sentiment and some inking around the edges.
Here's a progress shot of the beginning stenciling. I used Distress Inks and stencils from Issues 95 and 106 of Creative Stamping Magazine and from Crafters Companion here. I had stippled the sky with DI before stenciling.
After adding the washi tape, I used a Funky Fossil stencil and a grey wax pencil to trace raindrops. Then I lightly colored them with a blue pencil. I coated that with Nuvo Crystal Glaze for dimension and shine.
