Hey there, hope your weekend is starting well. My thoughts and prayers remain with those in Ian's path, past and present.
I'm popping in to share this art journal page in my Puns and Roses Gluebook journal. I've used a digi stamp and SeeDe's sunflower and sentiment stamps, Spellbinders label die and some little card stock embellishments (dragonflies and squirrel). Also, strips of 4 different washi tapes. I've used Promarkers, colored pencils and Distress Inks to color the images and a base of scrapbooking paper from my stash, brand unknown. I used Versafine Clair to stamp the sunflower and sentiment.
And now for some food to share for Rain's Thursday Art & Dinner Date!

And for dessert:
7 Cup Ambrosia Salad (Our Recipe)
1 cup Cool Whip (or whipped cream)
1 cup sour cream
1 cup chopped nuts (we use walnuts)
1 cup mini-marshmallows
**The following ingredients are drained of all juice before measuring:**
1 cup mandarin orange slices
1 cup pineapple chunks or tidbits
1 cup chopped maraschino cherries
In large serving bowl, combine whipped cream and sour cream well. Fold in orange, pineapple and nuts, mixing well. Fold in cherries and marshmallows and combine gently. Cover bowl with plastic wrap or airtight lid and refrigerate 4 hours or overnight. Keep refrigerated and covered. Eat within 3-4 days for best flavor/texture. (It gets a little liquid-y at bottom after first day, which is why draining the ingredients is important. We usually keep it stirred to last until we can eat it all.)
