Partridge in a Pear Tree Christmas

Happy Monday to you! Hope this week brings you joy.
I used a Power Poppy digi image and sentiments for my focal image on this Christmas card. I colored the background using the Pencil Over Marker Technique with a Zig Clean Color marker and a Prisma blue metallic pencil on top. The image was colored with various Sakura Starlight glitter gel pens. The DCWV card stocks were leftover scraps in my stash. I rounded all corners with punches, cut the circles with Spellbinders Classic Circle dies and the holly/berries were cut with an Avery Elle die and were already cut and colored in my stash.

I chose the current Creative Sketchy Girls Sketch Challenge sketch for my 4x6" card design.
A Stamplorations sentiment stamped with Majestic Blue Versafine ink inside...
And the back using more of the DCWV designer paper and card stock mat as on the front, with an I/O stamped siggie.

A couple of close-up shots to try to show all of the glittery shine coming off this card.
And final view. Thanks for visiting today and stay safe! XOX

Love what you have done here Aimes, a lovely design beautiful colouring of the partridge, the tags are a perfect match. All making a great take on the sketch. As for our rain, yep! it has started but so far no thunderstorms, for us anyway! The plants have picked up and looking healthier already.
