Seasons Greetings Wreath Card

Happy Hump Day, hope everyone is doing good. I hope you aren't too sick of Christmas cards from me, but I'm on a roll working on my unfinished projects and most of them are holiday cards. So I'm going to try and get a few more done before hopefully switching to some art journal time.
This card uses a few leftovers from previous projects and I like how it turned out very much. I love the colors and textures.

I chose this Splitcoaststampers sketch to use as my layout design, resizing it to 6x6. I fulfilled the sketch challenge with my round wreath and the round circles of my embossed background.
My card base is 6x6 textured Chatterbox. I used a Crafters Companion embossing folder with white card, a Stamplorations wreath stencil with white card and Distress Inks, a Stamplorations poinsettia stamped with Versamark and heat-embossed in gold then watercolored and red gel pen and gems added in center, and an Avery Elle sentiment die cut with white card and glued onto some of the Chatterbox and fussy cut. Final touch is the red Sakura Stardust gel penning on the wreath berries.
Inside the card I've stamped a Stamplorations sentiment on white card with Royal Purple Versafine and cut it out with a Spellbinders Lacey Squares Nestie die.
On back, continuing the circles, I cut some KI Memories scrap card with a Spellbinders Contempo Circles cover plate die, then added a stamped and punched siggie to the center.
Close-up to show the gems, watercoloring and gold heat embossing.
Close-up to show the gel-penned berries.
And a final view. Thanks for the visit today and keep hydrated! XOX

MY CHALLENGE PLAYLIST:

Oh my goodness - this is breathtaking! Your watercoloring is spot on and I love the non-traditional colour for the flower. Everything about this is simply amazing, my friend. Well done!

Beautiful Aimslee!! I work on Christmas cards year round so I'm always posting them. I find Christmas to be less stressful for me that way.

Oh I like this card a lot. Poinsettias in blue is such a clever idea. I bet you have quite a stack made too, which will be very helpful come the holidays. I always seem to run out of time as I am never prepared. Smile. Your heat has reached us for this weekend. Maybe one of these days I will finish off my work space. It is more of a mess as I am unpacking things and deciding where to put them. Smile. Have a great weekend Aimeslee. Hugs-Erika
