Hello, hope you are all ok.
This card I'm sharing today has a subtle homage nod to The Wizard of Oz and was the fruit of 2 challenge themes: the cut-it-up technique and a shoes theme. I also used different heat embossing powders on the left side and embossing paste stenciling with a brick stencil and a rainbow die cut on the right to symbolize Follow the Yellow Brick Road and Somewhere Over the Rainbow, respectively. It's very very glittery and shiny and textural in real life and I'm pleased as punch with how it turned out, especially because the cutting and piece placement was a bit nerve-wracking for me but I hung in there and miraculously pulled it off!
{Sigh of Relief}
I chose this Splitcoaststampers sketch for my A7 layout design.
The minute I saw this sketch I was like, oh wow, perfect for the cut-it-up technique!
