Bonjour and happy May 1st! Hope this finds you well.
I need to fit in some get well, sympathy, think of you and thank you cardmaking, so here's one I began several days ago and finished up. It features a Gecko Galz collage sheet image of the dancing girls along with a Spellbinders Labels 1 die for the stamped Merci sentiment, a Sizzix Eiffel Tower die and MFT Blueprints #25 curved and triangle slice dies on which I stamped music with Versamark and heat-embossed with white powder.
I edge-distressed the brown Prima Amelia Rose A4 Collection paper I matted onto a pink SU card base. The tower and sentiment label were cut from the SU as well. I used a Spectrum Noir magenta pink glitter pen on the tower bars and the sentiment edge. I also added glitter to the chorus girls' sock poms and then added round poms around their headresses.
This angle shows the shimmery glitter on the tower and the sentiment and the girls.
The back of the card has more of the brown Prima as on the front plus a side and bottom scrap strip from another pattern in the collection, and to coordinate with the front I've pressed a Palette Hybrid Venetian Green ink cube direct to paper to give it some color. The stamped and punched siggie was brushed with Picked Raspberry Distress ink.
And final view. Merci for visiting and I hope you have a great day! XOXO

ReplyDeleteAah Paris! I really love this Aimeslee! The pink is perfect for the time of year - we still have lots of blossom in the UK. This month has gone by so quickly and having Covid has slowed me down a lot. Apologies for not visiting for a while! Happy May Day, hugs, Chrisx
