Hello and welcome back! I'm sharing a Halloween-themed card for a couple of challenges.
One more just under the deadline wire for the new challenge Can You Handle The Pressure. (Also, Two Old Bats Halloween challenge...and many more!) This time, I used an embossing folder to create my frame of Frankie getting some action. The optional twist is Pink, so here I've indulged that twist, using SU card and very old 12x12" patterned papers from Basic Grey and Marah Johnson for Creative Imagination. I added some black felt lace and some Quickutz bat dies. The sentiment is from Pink By Design (hey, prescient! haha) and were stamped using Versafine Clair Nocturne ink and then clear heat-embossed.
I used this Splitcoaststampers sketch for my layout design.
I used the Cuttlebug A2 Flourished Frame folder and then fussy cut it out around the edges and swiped a white chalk ink pad across the raised edge.
I edge distressed the patterned papers using my Tim Tool. I really debated whether to make this a Halloween card or a Valentine's card, lol. It could definitely be used for either occasion. The sexy photo is a collage sheet image from Gecko Galz for their Gothic image challenge.
Inside the card...left side sentiment was computer-generated by me. I had to inject a little humor and of course a pun. I mean, you know me, right? 😁 Right hand side had sentiments by Pink By Design and Third Coast Stamps stamped with Versafine Clair Charming Pink ink, along with more QK bats cut from the SU pink card.
Back of card...
And a final view. Thanks for visiting me and have a great evening! xoxo
